Trades, profits when they're sold out and people want to pay crazy money
Sometimes people want a set for the collection and if they plan to order chips, a second set can serve as spares
Also if people are planning to go after the higher denoms, that's 4 more 1ks and up each, sell off the rest they don't need or want
