It is coming along. We've been working on the 45mm Tourney set the last few days. Those are looking pretty good. Not there yet though.

We also briefly worked on the cash set but have put that on hold until I hear back from Abbiati on a couple of things that will help me decide which way to go with it.
Oh I thought both the tourney and cash chips will be the same size (according to the poles atleast)? Not that im complaining but does that mean both cash and tourney sets will have no inner ring?

Still up in the air. I won't know until I hear back from Abbiati.

I don't see the lucky 8 chips in there. These lines come in 39, 43, and 45 too. Like most of their other chips, the label size is the same on all the sizes so you are getting more chip and not more label.

New options. How exciting! Any catalogue pics to look at?

I think a lot of it is mentioned in their downloadable catalogs on the website. They did send me a log-in to view more info on the chips, features, and options. They have some really cool stuff. I'm hoping the samples that they are sending have those so I can see how it looks in person.

If there were no timezones, this would be the fastest flight in history... :D

Labels are different and one is white like the actual T100K and the other is an almond/tan color. I think the white one looks better with the set too.

Any way we change the tournament inner ring to match the cash inner ring? Will make relabelling way better that way.

Im pretty sure its possible. not really a deal break IMO as the only difference is the circle vs 2 diamonds. I think the difference could be considered a progression to denote the change in chip size.

Possibly make a single diamond on 39mm and a double diamond on 45mm?

Nothing final with those but the rings will have a matching design if we use an inner ring. I say this because you can't share rings between chip sizes. So one-time costs would be doubled if that is the route we go. I did the math the other day. We would need about a 45,000 chip order to spread the costs and try to get close to the CP final PPC (price per chip). The first GB was 26,200 chips. Many more seem to be interested this time around, so it could be possible.

@Psypher1000 it's not just your eyes, green/orange is close to a complementary color scheme (green/red), which would be hardest to read. The base and text colors are also similar in saturation and value, which unfortunately doesn't help.

I knew going in that those colors don't play nice but still wanted to try anyway. So, in other words, it sucks. LOL

We can try switching the colors around again. I believe that is how we had it first but wanted to avoid the middle spot being the same hue that the T100K uses

@Tommy I think if you decide to not use an inner ring, it wouldn't matter as much. Then again most casino sets with inner rings tend to have a chip or two where the colors aren't optimal for legibility. :whistling:
