Not that bad but slicker than clay or ceramic. You can pick them up by the barrel, though.

Respectfully disagree. Stacks I have definitely stack better than ceramics and might stack better than clay. Certainly better than mint clay.

I'd be in for either a CP round 2 or something fresh. I'd prefer all 39mm though or if there are 43mm to have them for the higher denoms. I'm not as enamored with 43mm chips as everyone else here is though

It's called an inner ring. There are custom inner rings and stock inner rings. Some have text, some have text and numbers, just numbers, currency signs with numbers, with shapes, designs, or a combination of.
