I was able to pick up 2 sample sets on Sunday and then today grabbed a rack of Primary $25s and a rack and barrel of Secondary $100s. Hoping to pick up some $1s and $5s this weekend or at a later date. Not knowing the process I screwed up and was too slow when the sale started to get any sets. Bummer but still grateful for what I got. Already got the tracking info for everything too. Thank you Jim @TheChipRoom !!!

I bought 2 racks yesterday and 1 rack today and Jim was able to see that new order today, combine the packages, and refund me for the extra shipping without me saying anything. Kinda insane how efficient he is given the volumes he’s dealing with. Really impressed for my first buying experience. @TheChipRoom

Same here. Jim combined my two orders from yesterday with one from today, refunded shipping, and chips will be here Wednesday. All that on top of him graciously cancelling a fourth order that I apparently fatfingered at the 3:00 frenzy when I was trying to buy $1s and got $100s instead.
I think I've ordered from TCR at least ten separate times across four different sets, and this is why. I hope all his other customers aren't as much trouble as I am.

We shipped into the D's today. About 45 orders or so. My new post office is not thrilled with me. I dropped half off about noon and the other half around 4. When I can in the second time, the lady at the front counter said, "Your the guy with the heavy boxes, huh", with a scowl on her face. I may go in tomorrow with a box of donuts to try and soften them up.
