not my best performance. I'd give myself a 4 out of 10 today. Needed 5 more minutes of pre-game meditation.
I don't know how I can be fully happy and sad at the same time. I wasn't able to fullfill the larger order we'd hoped for but it appears there's more of the lower denoms than first anticipated, but not getting any 500's has me bummed even though I was able to get the original order I wanted.

Jacks was like that too, but from past experience, and paying the mark up that people asked for, I'll steer clear for a long while..

I don't have a problem with it, personally.
I just have a large set of Jacks. It hurts me to see the price condition of some of the chips I paid very high mark up for, unbeknownst to me at the time. Plus I joined 4 days after the Jack sale, so I had my guard down, wallet open and no functioning brain to stop me from being so needy and impatient.
I'll wait for some of these to get used and buy a good deal when it might come.
You’re not alone there - it has happened to most of us here at one time or another I’d reckon. I sure as heck paid a lot more for my first set than if I had just been patient. The struggle is real!

I was looking to get a good set of authentic Paulsons for under $1000 and preferably a 500-chip set. The add-ons of 100 50 cent chips was a last minute "Hey, this was less than I thought" so the thought of getting 500s never crossed my mind, tbh bc at $5/chip, that screwed up my idea. So yeah, it's okay. My budget was 1000, and this guy delivered.
That almost happened to me. A guy in the classifieds wanted to sell me a THC set but it was re-labeled and he wanted $1600 for the whole set. This is the most I've paid for a set but if they're uncirculated that means they'll be super fresh to play with.
