You said it's called blind baseball. I know nothing of the game, but wouldn't flipping your cards be an "at bat" rather than an orbit?
Well, you dont get to see your cards until their flipped. I could have it totally wrong, but I always like it for a quick flip when cleaning up loose change at the end of the night. You said it's called blind baseball. He didnt have a set of 10s until the next 3 came, and then at that point in time he had the 10 high straight flush (6 through 10).Trying to learn this game. Why did @tyrion1705 flip another card after he had a set of 10s? Wasn't that enough to beat the pair of Aces?

So if I'm reading it right, I'm ahead right now with trips... But half the deck will give that away. Tons of straight possibilities, diamond or spade flushes, etc...Round 4 - Table 1

Correct. Running through all these hands has really highlighted how high the variance is in Big0. Granted in a real game a lot of players *should* be out before the river, but that often isn't the case. I both love and hate Big0. I guess it comes down to if I hit or not.So if I'm reading it right, I'm ahead right now with trips... But half the deck will give that away. Tons of straight possibilities, diamond or spade flushes, etc...
Which is why you seldom play trips in Omaha. With a 3&4 to make the low (about as good of a chance of winning with a Q - high in holdem), this would be equivalent to a 6-outer for a win, of 1/2 the pot.So if I'm reading it right, I'm ahead right now with trips... Congrats! Was getting excited for 7s Full there lol.Sweet!
Goddam, forgot that this was hi/lo split already! But I believe Chris has the low locked up unless the 2h or 2d hits.Which is why you seldom play trips in Omaha. OK. In the rules post you said both 3s and 6s were wild.He didnt have a set of 10s until the next 3 came, and then at that point in time he had the 10 high straight flush (6 through 10).
That was enough to win the game, I just finished his hand off which revealed the 8H giving him the J high straight flush.
Ah, good catch, surprised that was my first error in this thing. 3s and 9s are wild.OK. In the rules post you said both 3s and 6s were wild.
So I think @tyrion1705 and @Geremie are now tied. They both have a Q high straight flush don't they?Ah, good catch, surprised that was my first error in this thing. 3s and 9s are wild.
No wait. @Geremie wins. He has K high.So I think @tyrion1705 and @Geremie are now tied. They both have a Q high straight flush don't they?
Sorry, I should have clarified, I posted the rules wrong in here, we are still going with 3 and 9s are wild (that is how I play this game, so sticking with the standard). So I think @tyrion1705 and @Geremie are now tied. They both have a Q high straight flush don't they?
