Like I said the banks are closed tomorrow and I have to redeem a groupon for two pizzas in Redlands by Monday so I'm going to find out how to pay this invoice at the latest Monday. Then I will get the money together and pay it. Once the invoice is paid, and everyone has contributed I will get Woody's Paypal and forward him all the money accrued and extra money given.

If he refuses to take it, I will simply donate that amount to an animal shelter in his name.
 
It's been 24 hours and I can post again. Like I said, I'm going to take the invoice to HSBC tomorrow and find out how to go about paying it, at the latest, all the money I've gotten so far will be in my account on Tuesday so I figure Tuesday or Wednesday I'll go down and pay it and let Sunfly know that it's time to start.

The people who ordered sample sets and haven't paid yet -- I need payment before I can send these to you. I'm trusting the last two set owners to come through here. Don't let me down!
 
The total money I have gotten in totals $4,157.62, that excludes the money I am spending on the set. That money will be in my bank by Tuesday, I will go ahead and go to HSBC and pay the invoice. Tomorrow I will go ahead and find out how to transfer the money to Sunfly and we'll get this order in motion.

I will need money from the people in post 175 that are not lit up in green before I ship you the chips.

Fortunately I will have some left over with my group buy. A sample set will cost $7.25 at this time unless you want a dealer button in which case it is $11.94. The $7.25 will include both pink and blue 5k's, if you want just one or the other, it will be $6.50. (I can make 5 sample sets with the chips I bought so that isn't a problem)

I do not know the shipping out at this time, I will be shipping individually. I can tell you that @doublequeen is taking in two orders at the same time to save on shipping and have only one package going to Europe. you may want to talk to him and this might save you on shipping in the long run.

FYI for everyone. I got told the following. It is almost impossible to align the 47mm "bounty" chips or the "rebuy" chips. The rebuys won't be a problem since they're octagonal, I mean it should be easy just to have the word rebuy on there but the bounty chips will be unaligned.

However, they have agreed to align all the 43mm value chips at no additional cost.
 
The rebuys don't have edgespots so that seems fine, bummer on the bounty chips.

I didn't even realize it at the time that it's tough to align 47mm chips, guess because they're so big. But I am happy that we won't be paying 13 cents apiece on the value chips for alignment. It's good to group buy.

Just so everyone knows, I will allow the orchid-colored 500 and 5k chips on the second run if there are at least 200 chips of each one sold. I don't want to make this a thing and have only 50-100 chips sold of those colors.

I went to my credit union today in order to do the transfer, but they don't do international wire transfers. Fortunately my mom actually banked at a bank, so after finding out that I needed to have that money in the bank and not my credit union, I went and withdrew all the necessary money to do a transfer only to find the bank stops doing international wire transfers at 1:30pm and I didn't get to the bank until 3:30pm. So tomorrow I will institute the wire.

FYI -- I failed to account for this, the wire transfer fee is $50. I need the people who haven't paid yet to pay as soon as possible. Only 5 people, including 1 set order have not paid yet.
 
How many us are there? I only got a sample but will gladly send an extra few bucks. You shouldn’t have to pay it. We should split it

29. @p5woody has already agreed to allow me to take the wire fee out of the money I had set aside for him, and Justin has already sent 20 buckazoids for it so honestly at this point it would be about $1 a piece.
 
Just FYI @SteveHNo96 I did not get a notification when you set up the chart... it is very likely you need to tag the missing individuals as they may not know that the $$$ time has arrived
 
EVERYONE HAS NOW PAID. The totals on post 175 are correct. :) No further payment is needed until we work out how to get the chips to your respective addresses.

Something has come up, one of the boardies mentioned that the payment thread should be separate, and I think that's a good idea. (I've never run a group buy, IDK these things!), so what I will do is probably start a new thread when the chips arrive, get shipping payments and addresses at that time. However, rest assured your orders are in Sunfly's hands and they are going to start working on prototypes now.

I have currently reached out to donate all the money that you all have given plus the bonuses to Woody, who has offered to pay for the rest of the wire.

And here are the bounty and rebuy chips. Sunfly mentioned that this was the best they could do and they had to throw away many samples, so during the mass production run, alignment will be practically impossible. I will let them know they do not have to align the 47mm bounties and 44mm rebuys.

As you may recall, it was almost universally agreed to ship the chips as part of the Prestige group buy. It saved us 400 buckazoids in freight in but will delay the chips by a month. This means I will probably get them in 3-4 months and then I will sort and ship.

As with the chip purchases, my freight out cost will be your cost. I have no desire to make extra money off of it. The only people who will be getting the chips for free at this point are @p5woody and @timinater
