Some of you have asked about shipping (I will be picking up the chips tomorrow if they have arrived, I only get notice of packages arriving, not specifically what they are)

If you have ordered a sample set, I will probably use a flat rate first class envelope... the going rate in the U.S. is $1 for the first ounce, and 20c for each additional ounce.

The three people who ordered more than sample sets but less than 100 chips will have a choice, either First Class or Priority Mail.

This leaves 12 people that have ordered full sets, obviously I won't be mailing any chips to myself, but the 11 other people who ordered a set of >100 chips. I honestly think it would be better for all of us if I just sent the chips Priority Mail to everyone.

Please note: Everyone has paid for everything except the freight out (except @Goody8504 who is waiting for a final cost including shipping), and as I said beforehand, money does not make me happy (not as happy as say Tilted Kilt girls), so my cost will be your cost. Anything over it I will accept just as donations, but I will not ask for anything over what my cost is (plus I got another 13-week extension on my unemployment so I am going to get some more money before all this is over)

One exception: @p5woody and @timinater, you *do not* need to send any money whatsoever, I will comp Woody 3 sample sets for his time and Tim will get 1 free sample set just because I asked him prior to Woody doing the design and I spent his time with the design idea. Woody, please let me know if you'd like a dealer button included. I ordered 44 and will have 43 accounted for so I can comp you my last dealer button if you want it.

Shouldn't be a problem. I'll have everything worked out and sent to you, man, and then what will be really cool will be all your friends will be over and saying "Where did you get those kick-ass chips, man?". :) jussayin', things like that are bound to happen.

IIRC, medium flat rate boxes are 400 chips to a box, so it will require 3 boxes either way, I can just stuff a padded envelope in the third box and send it on its way. :)

So no large flat rate boxes? I have recieved 800 chips in a large flat rate with tons of room to spare. It is what it is just hate for one box to go missing! We all know how the postal service can be!

I didn't think about that. I'll have to see how many fit in a large flat rate box. I just want to make sure they're padded enough to take the travel. But if they are 800 to a box, that shouldn't be a problem at all.

When I got the 800 it had 3" of soft foam all the way around. Way more than needed. Definitely worth checking out since the boxes are free anyways... just something to think about!

A medium flat rate box is $15.05, a large is $21.10, so I'll have to see what happens with those boxes and how many I can fit in there. Honestly, if I can get 800 inside of one large flat rate box that would save me a ton of headaches.

From what I have seen Sunfly plastic wraps in rolls of 25s so it should have plenty of room for 800 chips. 8 regular 39mm white cardboard chip boxes fits with tons of room!

I'll get a bunch of large boxes and see how well 43mm chip rolls fit in there. I wonder why Sunfly sent them with medium boxes in packs of 400? Probably because it went a huge distance and needed a ton of padding? if that's the case, getting padding for the shipments will be a piece of cake.

Also those plastic rolls of 25 will save me the trouble of having to count most of the chips.

My guess would be weight restrictions is what provoked the MFRBs
 
The concern with LFRBs is if the box will live through the shipping when packed with so many chips. MFRBs are kind of a sweet spot as far as dimensions/box strength. You need to double them up, make 2 LFRBs into one package. There is a thread with all the shipping info you need:

Please give it a look over before you go packaging up all these beautiful group buy chips. Would be a shame to fumble on the 1 yard line. Pay special attention to the posts from @Tommy...he's got all kinds of experience and helpful pictures and tricks.
 
Also, I for one will pay the extra to get mine shipped in 2 MFRBs, if possible. And I will pay for insurance as well. Even ceramics can be damaged, or even worse, lost.
 
Got it. I'll have to talk to the post office and see what they have to say.

here's something I found out. Apparently with MFRB's you can go up to 20 pounds internationally (or 70 pounds domestically). I want to see how well padded these puppies are when they come in. :)
 
okay, everyone. Here's the deal. I am going in about 45 minutes to pick up the other boxes (it's 12:50 p.m. here and I am a bit hungry so I'm going to Taco Bell -- I know I have $75 in free food at the Tilted Kilt but I'm not driving out to Orange until later this week).

I THINK I HAVE ADDRESSES FOR THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE:
@sheikh617 -- literally just sent me a Bean Town chip and I kept the envelope with the return address label on it.
@FordPickup92 and @Ben8257 -- I kept the box with the Bahamia Chips on them and that has the return address on it.

If you all want to confirm or change addresses where the chips will be sent, lmk.

The rest of you I do not have addresses for, except @Goody8504 who has already sent it. I will need the addresses before I send out the chips and give you final shipping costs.

The packages all came with padding and for extra measure, in boxes of 400. If this is okay with you, I can tape those up and send those as your order. I am also going to buy some nice bubble wrap for everyone because let's face it, we're all going to want to pop those things in addition to padding the chips. :)

Also, I have some prior engagements on Wednesday and Thursday relating to my dating coaching program, I am preparing for an event that may or may not happen August 6-10. I didn't think the chips would arrive this quickly either. I am going to try to get the chips all out and final costs calculated before this. Please do not rush me on Wednesday or Thursday, because I am going to be very busy and nervous those two days.
