Are there any casinos out there that would still have inventory of leaded mint secondaries?

Without doing the hard research, I would think so. Several casinos that have closed in recent years had chips -- both primary and mint secondary -- that were produced/purchased prior to the formula changes.

sorry if there are already tons of posts on this... but were the Paulson WTHC chips produced with the new (post lead) formulas?

pre '98 most colors were 47% lead
- '98-'06 most colors were >1% lead.. except for 7 colors which were still the old 47%
- post '06 basically zero lead

So when were the WTHC produced?

2005, I think.

Mostly correct. They started reducing formula lead levels in 1999, but it wasn't until around 2004 that they had them all converted except for the magnificent seven. There were still plenty of heavy-lead chips produced in the 1999-2003 era. Most colors were nearly lead-free by 2004-2005.

Thanks.
I'm sure this has been asked and answered a million times but...which Paulson fantasy chips are pre formula change?

Now you’ve got me thinking.
Could there be racks and racks of these, locked away in casinos across the country? Just waiting for chip room Jim to come set them free? Mint leaded THC Paulsons!!
Is it even realistic? We’d be taking about chips produced in the ‘90’s - 25 year old chips. What kind of casino would keep the same backup set locked away for 25 years? A casino that presumably hasn’t updated its chips in 25 years? Is that even possible? I can’t believe many paulsons getting daily casino use last much more than a decade. I suppose it’s possible that they replaced their primary chips a couple of times in the past few decades, but kept the same amazing secondary’s locked up. Possible, but unlikely. We’re talking about a casino that hasn’t updated it’s logos in 20-30 years. Hmm. Doesn’t seem very likely.

All of the home market chips on the suits mold and PAULSON CHIPS mold were produced by GPI with low-lead formulas.
