Love the mass burial pics

After months of slow progress (and procrastination) I have finally finished these quarters. Only people who have replaced multiple racks of paper inlays understand how grueling this process can be... I really underestimated how long this would take.

I'm happy with the outcome though! I also found out the hard way that these particular chips react terribly to non-acetone nail polish remover, specifically this stuff that I had seen recommended in another thread:

I watched in horror as a chip quickly dissolved into a pool of grey/brown liquid after applying a small amount with a q-tip to remove a label.

Paper label removal is the worst. Perhaps it is the "deserved" punishment for chip murder. But, then again, you can't argue with the final results - fantastic!

Sorry J I'll try to do you proud with end result. Inlay shape is preserved for potetial rejolietting if these chips ever leave.
I can always appreciate some good customs my friend!

On the real, I’m super curious to see what you will create!!

How hard were they to murder? Great results there. I’ve always figured it is beyond my skill level to remove the shaped inlay without destroying the inner ring.
