Murder, (S)he Wrote: The Unofficial Murder Pr0n Thread (3 Viewers)

I can always appreciate some good customs my friend!

On the real, I’m super curious to see what you will create!!

How hard were they to murder? Great results there. I’ve always figured it is beyond my skill level to remove the shaped inlay without destroying the inner ring.
These are super easy. Light scoring on plastic. Pry up with pointy stick. Remove with pliers. Vinyl inlay slides right off with non-acetone NPR. Would rather do 100 of these than 10 PCA 1s.

Very interesting information, and I wish now I hadn’t asked, because you put a lot of new bad ideas and intentions in my head!

I don’t know that I could actually bring myself to murder my own, but I’m thinking about it now. Yikes!

YMMV. Not all of these are created equal -- some go easily, some fight tooth and nail.

This has been my experience too. Even on some chips where most are easy you will occasionally come across 1 that seems totally different & it'll take you like 5x the amount of time that others do.

I've gotten through all the plastic on 200 and fully finished about 30. I would say 1 in 10 is more difficult but still very doable.

Have you ever encountered chips like this PCA 1? I have tried all the following products and the label will not peel. I have about 30 that are super resistant.

I'd say this is pretty normal with older chips, unfortunately.

I don't remember, but they don't feel like C&J.

I got a few other tests that came out well, but it's a secret stamp......
Hmm, I have some chips that might be C&J that could definitely use some Jon Snowing down the line.

Are you slightly milling them and then doing a hot stamp? I need this in my life. Lots of potential.
I will say, I think we have confirmed that if it's a smaller stamp that's not ultra deep, we cleaned out the foil and just overstamped, and it worked really well. I don't even notice the old stamp.

I think if we view this like a tattoo cover up, it's realistic. The new image just needs to be bigger and blur out the old.

I have to say that this is the craziest thing I've encountered in some time. Ingenious, but also a bit frightening.
