Thanks, little by little I'm getting it figured out. Today was a big jump.@AK Chip, those hotstamped 312 CSQ's look spectacular! Nicely done, Pat!
Small breakthrough!! Temporary stamping area.
Set the machine up with the compressor, played with temps pressure and dwell times. Seem to have it figured out.

Yes they showed up today!! Sorry I didnt let you know. I did let Chuck know.@AK Chip Did you get the chips already?
I believe its due to chip irregularities. When I was stamping tons of BCCs there would be certain color chips that wouldn't stamp as nice as the rest. Nice to see the progress your making!Having fun!!
I'm not sure why some of the stamps dont come out right as you can see in the pics? I wonder if they are dirty spots?
Most are good.
Those I believe are plastic. They wouldn't stamp for me. Maybe with the right type of foil they would? But never looked into it further. Not big on plastic chips.Wondering if there is any desire for these. Although not sure if they will sell blanks.

I did try and dial down the pressure as much as possible to avoid the flashing. It will stamp a bunch of good ones then a bad one and back to good stamps? I'll keep working on it. But am pleased with the over all project so far.Age of the chips has (big) influence....maybe also pressure ?
They look great!
