Just checking in to see whether I didn't authorize dies to be made but they ended up being made anyway... I might be in for a hot stamp set too....
Do it. Need samples

Oh snap, that's a twist...This is my design. I don't know how hotstamps were produced without my permission or knowledge. I never went beyond the design stage with the hotstamps and never commissioned dies to be made.
I am seriously more than a little concerned on what exactly has happened here.

Question what companies make Custom dies for use in a Kingsley machine?
I haven't ordered dies yet. Waiting on some final touches on the art work.Curious what metal you chose for the process. Magnesium or copper?
I mostly ordered Copper. Felt the heat distribution/performance was better than the cheaper Aluminum or Magnesium dies.Curious what metal you chose for the process. Magnesium or copper?
Your stamping is looking really good. Are you going to be the next @Gear, but for hotstamping??
I would love to know if you are able to get a stamp to take on the CPC scrown. My understanding is the industrial machine the results were subpar. But I’m wondering if a manual machine could get nice results. If so,I would likely hire you for a project.
This has been the million dollar question. Also for the lcrown chips. Collin @monkeydog did not have any luck stamping CPC versions of the TRK molds. I will try and get in on an order of the chips from CPC and give it a go myself but it doesn't look promising.I would love to know if you are able to get a stamp to take on the CPC scrown. Yes, I had CPC ship the dies to me. If you order some blanks Ill stamp them when I can.Ok, so if I want to order add ons to the aurora club tourney set, I need to order blanks now and sent to you to get stamped? Or is that not possible any longer?
Nice work btw!
Thanks!!Pat, these are looking so sweet.
What are you using for thermal tape to mount the dies?Yes, I had CPC ship the dies to me. If you order some blanks Ill stamp them when I can.
And thanks for the compliment!
What are you using for thermal tape to mount the dies?
I'm just using a roll that came with the machine. It says specialty tapes on the inside of the roll?
Don’t worry, it won’t be for quite some time. I’m still in France and haven’t even seen the chips yet
Mike
I’ll have to start looking into that I guess. One of the reasons why I stopped stamping (aside from lack of time) was that I wasn’t sure where to get replacement thermal tape.
It kinda looks like the initials are PCF.
