Do 600 43mm chips fit in the nanuk 910?
in Matsui racks, on their side. Yes
You inspired me @BirdCage I finally have my set complete. Been here for less than 2 months and now I have 800 Dunes, a custom cloth coming from Chanman and a table to build. And the answer is YES! Thanks Amazon one day delivery! I removed all the foam and placed a very thin foam cutout on both the top and bottom of the case. I was able to successfully store 800 chips with standard racks (4 across x 2 high) and still have room for two boxed decks of cards, a dealer button, blind buttons and a card protector.
No problem closing lid (just a little pressure) & nothing moves. Good to go.

@JP1984 Truly impressive work, your case setup looks so neatly tailored & I love the orange case. Welcome to the forum and good luck with the Dunes CCs. I was up for the third poker night in a row using my set, so lucky they might be.
I never pulled the trigger on the Muertos, but still really like them, instead I was sucked into the Paulson vortex and wound up here --> https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/mixed-house-mold-set-my-first-paulson-chip-set.53824/
Could also do them with Bud Jones racks. Also on the side.Do 600 43mm chips fit in the nanuk 910?
I have 2 pelican cases, that I have pretty much abandoned, because I can't lift them when full.
Hernia (?) here too, but I 'd be interested in one Peli case, if good for 8 racks (800 chips) with properly adjusted foam. For storage, of course.I have 2 pelican cases, that I have pretty much abandoned, because I can't lift them when full. But I don't find the Nanuk with 600 chips, to be too bad. It's my go-to case now. Have 86, will order more when they go on sale.
34 pounds in the Apache 4800 with 1000 chips, two deck of cards and two dealer buttonsI can weigh my Apache 4800 a bit later. It current holds 1000 PNY chips with two decks of cards.
Apache 3800 was just over 6 pounds emptyThe Apache 4800 is 9.7 pounds empty
The Nanuk 910 is 3 pounds empty
The Nanuk 920 is 5.1 pounds empty
What would you guys recommend for 500 Royal CC's in 43mm Bud Jones racks, a box of two Kem decks and a dealer button?
