Honestly, I don't hate these either. I'm just not a fan of identical spots across a set. Somewhere Identical spots will have a color-clash, unless they are black (black goes with everything). In the HR(T) tournament set, that blue on the brown looks like crud, and it devalues the whole set. That T500 is spot-on, and the T5000 is quite acceptable to me.Wow. I might be on an island, but there’s something about these that are very appealing to me. I guess when I see claw pattern chips, more often than not they look too busy or some of the colors clash or something. To me, these are simple but great.

Is it weird I noticed the flea bite right away ?Posted on twitter, the "new" Horseshoe Vegas chips looking pretty crispy!
Same lol.Is it weird I noticed the flea bite right away ?
It a good tread that I liking very muchIs it just me, or does it seem like the trend for Vegas singles is going toward a hot stamp RHC? I have recently seen Caesars, Flamingo and now Park MGM.
WTF
Not many industries where the product gets worse as technology advances but here we are.
another hotstamped dollar, wow, probably light too
I think this one makes 5 recent Vegas hot stamped RHC dollars:another hotstamped dollar, wow, probably light too
Pretty sure GPI are just trolling PCF at this point. They know what we hate, so actively recommend these options to casinos when they're looking to create new chips. Payback for all the NAGBs.
I can’t imagine the workers there don’t have a passion for chipping too. It’s gotta be the casinos bottom line and the casinos ignoring the total value of brand/marketing aspect of their chips. They just want CHEAP.Pretty sure GPI are just trolling PCF at this point. They know what we hate, so actively recommend these options to casinos when they're looking to create new chips. These are pretty damn nice just awful inlay.Posted on twitter, the "new" Horseshoe Vegas chips looking pretty crispy!
It does look a little unusual. @dmoney did you keep one of the new Bellagio $1's?Is it just the photo, or does this chip have an unusual texture?
LOL, Hot Stamp RHC : Managements new loss prevention programPretty sure GPI are just trolling PCF at this point. They know what we hate, so actively recommend these options to casinos when they're looking to create new chips. Payback for all the NAGBs.
The BJ $25 and $100 I recognize as old, having held them for a short time before giving them back.post here because I really don't know if plastics chips at Flamingo are new or old

Park MGM hotstamp $1.

Way classier than the small inlay chips IMO.
This version of events is no fun though...I can’t imagine the workers there don’t have a passion for chipping too. It’s gotta be the casinos bottom line and the casinos ignoring the total value of brand/marketing aspect of their chips. They just want CHEAP.
Flamingos mix of clay chips and plastic chips has long been one of the most tilting racks in all of Las Vegas, if not the US as a whole.post here because I really don't know if plastics chips at Flamingo are new or old
