Apache Star ?

My vote is for a fantasy casino theme, something retro Vegas like these would be cool.

I also like the idea of something in the style of the Aria or Bellagio labels, black with white text, minimalistic design with some background text.

Im not sure how good those would look with the available colors and the 314 spots though.

Would prefer something minimal/fantasy.

I wouldn’t be interested in an “Apache” theme at all. I would however, be interested in a simple gradient color design in the likes of Palais, Protege, etc. I know we’re limited on edge spots, but what base colors do we have to work with?

With 10 9 base colors I’d be interested in a pretty standard color scheme for tournament and cash.
^FYP.

Nevermind, unlike the Blue Chip line, Gemaco actually has 11 colors if you include the white for spots.

Denominations of .25, 1, 5, 25, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 25000 is nine chips, and some of those base colors don't particularly play well together. And some will also want a 20 chip.

Using duplicate colors is almost a given if trying to accommodate everyone.

No faux inlays and something simple. I also like the idea of no text, as BG mentioned.

The Claysmith Mints were my first set... still like the simple, currency-like design.

This Apache design looks good. Just do a 2 sided chip, logo on one side, denomination on the other (sorry a quickie paste up). Simple design would look best IMO.

It's going to be hard to make these chips look like anything (with the limited palette & 1 spot pattern.color) other than the advertising chips which they were design to be.

First, I definitely want denominations.

I vote for a black inlay, like Le Noirs personally.
