Personally agree with all the points... but just to add to my prior point: I also love very custom looking cards, but I would limit my purchase quantities to a few decks.. that's where my personal wallet will gravitate toward Fournier, Modiano, KEM, etc. That's why I think there's two product lines here, and think it's worth distinguishing between the two:
1. Broken Arrow heavy-themed cards (OG), which will appeal to the custom crowd.. but generally lead to smaller individual purchase quantities and those playing usually higher stakes (concern around anything that might drive confusion, readability, etc)
2. Broken Arrow mainstream cards, which will appeal to a larger crowd and compete with larger purchase orders. Can also reach much of the same population that already ordered #1 and dont have additional order plans.
Goal of the above is to compete with the mainstream brands IMO at a fractional cost, not replace the custom. If anything having a solid mainstream line will allow for more custom one-off designs I would assume, but we'll see!
