Nicely done!
Team poker league week 7 of our 8 week season. Down to nine teams from our original 10 as one team withdrew. My partner and I have struggled but we got our first win tonight! Yay!

Tuesday night game. I was chip leader most of the tourney. Then lost twice when I got it all in with a better ace than my opponent but he hit his card on the river. Still was second in chips when I shoved with A8 against the guy who was third in chips and he had AK. Bad play by me. Didn’t need to be so aggressive there. But oh well. Bubbled shortly thereafter and I deserved it.
Cash game was fun. Best hand was boat against straight flush.

Very close!!! Only off by one, the blacks are $50.
When I asked how they came up with the values they said years ago when they started playing green was the color they had the most of so they used it as the $5 and have never changed!

Those look familiar.
Yah it’s funny how these things work isn’t it....
Playing a tourney with a group I only play with occasionally. Three full tables. Cash game is good after.
Tourney, so:
Black = 50
Red = 100
Green = 500
White = 1,000
Blue = 5,000
Who knows how they came up with these values. Just puts me on tilt. They have been playing with these chips for about 15 years. No one cares except me. At least they finally stopped playing with old canceled paper casino cards.
