Fun Tuesday night game at @WhiteMamba1646’s Havana Cardroom. Chopped the tourney and won a little at cash, but then gave $60 back on hee haws (midnight baseball) afterwards. Good times. And the Dunes are awesome (as are the Flamingos):

My regular game is still off for a while while I am out of town for a couple months. We are visiting some family at their vacation home and I was able to put together a dirt cheap semi custom set for my niece and nephew since they loved tournament poker after I taught them last summer. They definitely noticed the difference over dice chips but more so loved the customization. I only wish the PCF toppers had arrived already!

I 'd love to play some day with Gunny. Seems to be hell of a nice guy. Most probably, this dream will never come true.
Needless to say my inspiration is, him being an (apparently) Gunnery officer or petty officer with the USMC.
I too served in the Artillery of my nation's Army, so I 'd love to see what happens

Mostly a health-concious crowd, but 16 players...

4 tables of 4, spread out, in a shootout format. Most wore masks, including me, but by the time the drinks got really flowing, safety went the way of the dodo. It wasn't optimal, but at least we got to play for the first time in 3 f***ing months.

Still, I took it down for the first time in what feels like forever (over a year), so I'm kinda liking the mask. When I pulled a pot with air, nobody saw my sheepish grin...
