First time hosting in 2022, and we’ve got a full table scheduled for tonight! I think I’ve only had a full 10-player table once before. Gonna be crowded, but it will be fun. Oh, and it’ll be NUTS! NUTS chips, bounties, all ins, cut cards and, of course, dealer button!

Love your table! Really sharp. I've looked at that brown speed cloth myself for whenever I get around to buying or making a real table. It works perfect with your "Nuts" theme.

Question - and feel free to PM me if you don't want to sidetrack this thread. Why do some people not like racetracks? I love wood & fine furniture and have always thought the racetrack with cupholders was better looking and makes more practical sense than side tables. I guess I don't play with bunch of drunks so I've never worried much about the occasional spill. I want my beer next to me when I'm playing, not behind me on a table. LOL.

Yes, the "reverse chocolate" suited speedcloth has been a great choice for my table, thanks.

I think racetracks are more appealing, visually. But when shoving stacks of chips, the fact that the racetrack isn't the same height as the playing surface can be problematic. But I love my racetrack table.

That sounds more like a construction issue. With better design it shouldn't be that difficult to get the two surfaces at roughly the same level.

I would want to SciFi it up a little, mini figs!

Something like this, have 12 of these types of things running down the lane

Oh man... that would be like WH40K Space Hulk "express". I think that would be awesome.

(I'm in awe of people who can paint figs like the one above and the ones below. All my armies are just sad... and all different shades of sadness and failure)
