I think your calc is overstated by (1/100) ^ 4The internets says chances of hitting quads is .0239% and the chance of hitting a straight flush is .0012%.
So the chance of one person hitting quads three times and a straight flush once would be .0239 x .0239 x .0239 x .0012 would be 1.63823028E−8. Granted, playing 10-handed would be a little better odds, but you guys should confirm you're not using a pinochle deck next time...
