We took the cards molds for a test drive at my place, with @Eriks and my locals. Love the yellow $20, the statesman cards also did a great job! Played 1/2 hold em. In for 1000, out for around 1600 after a bumpy ride.

Started Season 13 of my Tournament League last night. Good time. Many PCF members. Many regs couldn't make this month but still had 13 runners. Le Coves for tourney and Gambler's pleasure for cash in play. Angel cards.

The Rainier Room chips still amaze me. What a fantastic set!

I got an invite to @5aces game and was greeted by some familiar faces - @Santa123 & @NeoViny23 .

First up was a €10 stt with a €10 add-on on the the beautiful Empress Star secondary tournament chips.
The wildly escalating blinds kept the game to a manageable 2 1/2h and we got a cash game rolling as soon as it got to heads up.
I was the bubble boy after shoving into @5aces and couldn't improve.
The unstoppable @Santa123 took it down in the end and went on to be the big winner in the cashgame after as well.

I managed to recoup my tourney losses at least. In for €35, out for €58.

Since I had my camera in the car anyways, I took the liberty to snap a few pictures.

Thanks for hosting Andy. Always great to play with you, Chad, Robl. The Jacks were awesome. Your choice of frac is better than any other set I’ve seen. Sea green ftw!

Played a tourney last night hosted by @karsus

I ran so terribly, I never saw one premium hand, and only one pocket pair (9’s). However in that hand, I was
up against pocket 9’s and kings. No way to improve, lol. This was a more social gathering and a mix of players from brand new to “I think I know how to play because I watch poker on tv”. Fun game and nice crowd, but playing “correct” was useless.

After ending the tourney, I made my way into the cash game, I lovingly refer to as no fold’em Hold’em. (we are 5 handed playing .25/.50). In one hand, im in LP with and raise to $3. The button calls, the SB (maniac) rips in $25, the BB calls the $25, UTG folds, I jam for $80 total (we all have fairly equal stacks), the button snap jams (for a tad less), the SB snap calls, the BB tank calls. The button triumphantly rolls over, the SB rolls over, and the BB sheepishly rolls over. $300 in the pot…. The SB rivers an 8, sigh… don’t worry, the SB eventually donated it all back (thankfully to the host).

The best part of the night was playing with these yummy Paulson chips! Ended the night down $90 in the cash game, but overall had fun. @karsus does a great job running a monthly poker league.

Here’s my tournament last night. There were some late comers so about 21 players, 3 tables. 20lbs of wings and countless booze vanished.

After the food coma, we played 25c/50c for about 4 or 5 more hours. Successful night.
