I've been trying to host for weeks and haven't been able to swing it due to other obligations. I couldn't take it anymore, so doors open at 10 and close at 4.

Cards & Coffee yesterday was a success! Ran a big $150 all in river bluff on stone cold air to complete the turnaround. In for $300, out for $424.

Had a fun time at the first Holy Schnikey Invitational sponsored by Callahan Auto Parts! We tied our all-time high with 15 players in the tournament.

Ohhhh GREAT!!!!!!!! Someone spilled peanut M&M's all over the table topper!!!!!! That's really going to up the resale value!!!!

I think it's going to be ok! They have a thin candy shell!

My group had a charity fundraiser tournament yesterday for a member of our group that has cancer. We raised a little over $1500 for him to help with living expenses.

We also had a small cash game afterwards and I was able to get the Capital Room set in play.

Have hosted a couple of "family poker tournaments" now where we will have a friends family over for dinner and a friendly 2-hour ish STT after. My kids got prepared.

My son wore the mask because "I always smile when I get good cards and can't give away any tells." He busted out first, spaz shoving K3 preflop after losing a 2 card flush over 2 card flush hand.

My daughter won the "best kid" prize after tank hero calling with second pair on a shove by the other dad when all the draws bricked. She was right

Sounds like a blast. My kids are getting to the ages where they really want to play too. This is a great idea.

My kids aren’t super interested in playing poker yet, except my oldest who has a mild interest. They love blackjack though lol
