Making a comeback!

Hello fellow chippers! I'm late posting our May Fourth game, but better late than never!

PZ has posted on a different thread the full details of our event, thus I won't get too far into the weeds and will focus on photos.

For those following my bogus adventure, I stopped shaving my head just over 4 months ago after my final chemotherapy treatment. This event was the first one where I purposely didn't wear a hat, instead letting my new silver "crown" top my R2D2 costume. Others also game in theme, allowing this crazy moment:

The food was Tatooine Street Food and was pretty much demolished (seen here on the far left). Members brough ribs, pulled pork, fruits/veggies and dip (fully home made), meat/cheeses/crackers (fully home made), humus, pitas, more snacky stuff, chicken salad (2 types), tater tot casserole, and ceviche.

For Christmas, one couple obtained a 3D printer. Apparently, it never stops being used.

Princess Leia was knocked out by Emperor Palpatine (though she tagged it incorrectly on Instagram).

In the end, there was much laughter, fun, food, and even some poker!

Love the guacayoda!

These are pretty too. But that is interesting. Haven't seen many 10c chips. Usually it is 5c, 25c and then 50c fracs. No?
“American” common denoms are 25c/$1/$5/$25 (can also be a $20) sometimes 5c or 10c / 50c instead of 25c.

Here it is a « European » style   custom set.
No 25c or 25€ in euro currency I prefer then 10c/50c/1€ (or 2€)/ 5€ (or 10€) / 20€ (or 50€).
I have sets in 10c/50c/2€/10€/50€ that stick to the x4-x5 rule.
But to be honest I really like 10c/50c/1€/5€/20€ format because no chip has the same « written number » as another and starting stacks are more « balanced » to me 10/18/10 or 15/17/10 instead of 10/18/5 or 15/17/5.
But I'm clearly a « French exception » :p
