Grilling some sirloin from half of a butchered dairy cow we bought. Finally getting into the Weller samples @joeyshin sent me months ago. Started with SR. Solid bourbon, flat finish, smooth, worth retail but not much more.

I've had the four samples open and breathing for over a month. I didn't want the whole sample to be a neck pour.

Prices are a little crazy, but I had a Rock Hill Farms pour for $20 for my first one after the 10 hour drive. More to come...

Michters 10 for $43...very good, but not worth it. I'd pay the $90 retail for the bottle. No way it's worth secondary.
