Is Batch 16 particularly good?

Recent Home Runs include batch 12, batch 14, and batch 16 (I haven't tried 17......YET  !!)

LOL, as long as I'm doing the baseball thing:

Batch 12 is a grand slam
Batch 13 is a bunt for a single, but an important single! (from what I've heard and can accurately extrapolate to baseball terms, lol)
Batch 14 is a 3 run homer
Batch 15 is a ground rule double that SHOULD have been a triple. Good but, really?!
Batch 16 is a 2 run homer
Batch 17 is.......a pinch hitter rookie for me so far. We'll see if he gets an at bat/if I can find one!!

Here's the update I had... Second half of the month's blind serving heading into Christmas was great.

Got a few new bottles opened in the process, including the Russels Reserve private selection that was a WOW pour.

Four of these will be in my rye and bourbon flights this week to determine my favorites of the year...

I guessed 6 of these 10 overall, but embarrassingly missed lost monarch... this bottle has changed a ton on me from the first pour, although it is still very good.

Sagamore double Oaked rye was pure caramel dessert, drank way more like a bourbon and was quite delicious.

Rare Breed seems to finally be changing for the better...

The Evan Williams single barrel stinks, and is one of my lowest grades on my bar (which I've learned I don't have much of!).

Interested to see where Chattanooga cask 111 goes, solid first tasting.

Obtainium rye folks, get yourself a one. EPIC bottle and what I'm assuming will be my 2021 overall favorite. So many flavors, with every sip seemingly different.

Huge fan of the Chattanooga, so surprised given its age...
