Now listening to some prick telling the bar staff that bourbon is better. Get in the sea mofo!!!
That didn't get killed at JinJ? Or, did you find another?
Obligatory.
I don't watch for info. Strictly entertainment. You know I enjoy some of these whiskey channels, but I think we have enough knowledge and experience here we could put together a round table to rival any of those channels.
we could provide that as well. plenty of personalityI don't watch for info. Strictly entertainment.
If you want indecipherable commentary I’m your man.we could provide that as well. plenty of personality
It took me several weeks to completely get over it. And it took another week or so beyond that before I felt like drinking. And if you knew me you would know that saying something because I’m god’s original own booze bag.Covid has destroyed any desire to have a bourbon. I haven't had a drink since Cali. This is ridiculous!
We are like a rash. We’re everywherePopped into the pub at lunchtime. All different whiskies. Full of you American tourists.

I like it better than the cask strength. It’s only 2-3 proof points lower but it’s aged an extra year. Both are really really good though!I gotta find me one of those. I found the rum barrel finished, but my guy has it $20 overpriced and they just sit on the shelf.
Have not seen that around here yet. Looks interesting. This one is for @wolfpack View attachment 956564
It was my bracket winner.Have not seen that around here yet. Looks interesting.
At least I've tried it then! Foggy memory. It was my bracket winner.
I want that Woodford! There are $100ish bottles around me that just sit there. I can buy them whenever I want, which is never for a $100+ bottle that just sits there.
But these Woodfords ALWAYS go quickly, they never collect dust. So I got one when I saw it today.

I will try very hard to think of something I want more.I want that Woodford!
Sure is. Great wee pub back in the day. I first went 25 years ago when it was called The Cask & Still. Is that the Potstill?
Given what all licensed establishments have had to do in the past couple of years to survive I say anyway they can get some cash to the front door is all right by me. I think the Murphys are good people too. Frank is a solid as they come.Sure is. Great wee pub back in the day. I first went 25 years ago when it was called The Cask & Still.
I was talking to the staff and it turns out that they’ve got a deal with cruise ships to bring tourists up from Greenock.
I’m in the Bon Accord every week. Their soup and a steak pie for £8 is legendary.Given what all licensed establishments have had to do in the past couple of years to survive I say anyway they can get some cash to the front door is all right by me.
