I've been on a mission since November to get my blood pressure down. Had to stay away from this thread because cutting down on alcohol was part of my changes and it's too hard to see the deliciousness. I started with no booze except two drinks on Saturday. That (and meds) got me down about 10 points but I was still in the upper 140s. So in January I did the really hard thing and started addressing my diet. I've dropped almost 30lbs and feel like a new person. Bp is back to 120s and the hypertension is a memory. I still want to lose another 10 to 15 lbs and will be keeping my diet going for awhile, and I'm going to stick with weekend only bourbon for the foreseeable future, but I'm just super happy to be seeing results because hypertension sucked.
So tonight I can enjoy some juice!!!

My vote for best value out there…liter bottle for $25 and it’s great juice! I’m very curious to see what Sazerac does with this brand once they stop sourcing this from Brown Forman.
Oban 14yr is delicious, punches way above it’s price, and is pretty easy to find. That is all.
I'm going to have to give this one another try. I bought it at the beginning of my (short) journey - i.e., about 6 months ago. I tried it a couple times and wasn't really enjoying it neat. It's been in the back of my cabinet since then, but I suspect my palette has changed since then.

Honestly, I'd be happy just to HAVE a bunker! That's pretty cool. Unfortunately, there are very few basements or cellars in Texas.

I’m also a huge Balvenie fan and this is very delicious! It was hard to find locally but glad I got it and will definitely be buying another for special occasions.
