The bottle above ran me $26. Does anyone know what the 107 and the 12 year go for retail?

Below are the state minimum for Wellers, Jim. I can only LOL at $50 for the Full Proof and the white label. Needless to say, the only one that can be found sometimes is the SR. The 107 once in a blue moon. The others, never.

I am hoping to snag a nice bottle tomorrow but by the time I get off work I’m sure all the local stores will be picked clean. People follow the Buffalo Trace trucks around from store to store. :(

Want to trade some samples. I have owa and w12. Let me know what you have that I might want to try

I would be into this, it's just that I don't have anything crazy rare. Hibiki, Four Roses Single, Blantons, Angels Envy, and Bulleit rye....

I have two unopened 107’s in my basement. Plus I passed the previous time I was asked if I wanted a bottle. Think it’s all regional allocation by BT. Never seen a full proof or CYOB.

I love and hate you all with your 107.

$140 online bro...

edit: F it, I paid it. 107 on the way. Hope it was worth it. If nothing else the price of the 2 bottles of special reserve balances this purchase out. Also, I bought from chips liquor. Just saying.....CHIPS liquor!!!!!!!!!

Where are you buying online at?

I don't think anywhere ships to TN due to our draconian laws.

he didn’t say. I tried to get him to sell it to me and he said he didn’t know what he was doing with it yet.

I can’t imagine it being that much better. But I’ve only heard great things about Weller Full Proof. And even better things about the WFP Covid-19 batch. So I’m eager to try

I'm not normally a whiskey mixer, but lately I've really been enjoying Manhattans.

In a way it feels wrong that the cherries and vermouth are more expensive than the bourbon, but it really works well.

So I'm starting to get real sick of these liquor store owners having special lists and they'll only sell bottles to people on those lists. I've been into bourbon for at least 20 years. I've been to Kentucky, I visited the distilleries I have a pretty darn good grasp of the hobby. I'm not looking to flip; never have resold a bottle in my life.

I've been trying to get on to one of my local liquor stores private lists for years. Well call them, "The Villain". And I guess the owner just doesn't like me because I can't get on. Yesterday I got word that the villain had a few bottles of some things that I've been looking for including Stagg Jr. So I logon to their website and I purchase the bottle and I check out. And then, a few hours later, they cancel my order. WTMF!

I'm here to basically throw money at these stores when they have bottles that are harder to get. Something about it really got to me yesterday. So I started calling all around and finally found a store that had one of the allocated bottles that I was looking for and couldn't get from the villain. Out of absolute spite I bought it and drove half an hour to go get it.

Anyone know anything about this one? Looking forward to trying it...
