Advice needed. A friend daily drinks Angel Envy Rye. Willet purple top is their favorite juice ever. What OTHER bottles could possibly work as a birthday gift? (Unless one of you wants to send me some purple top in the next day or two lol…otherwise I’m diving into my half decent bunker.)

Got Blantons a couple of times, Weller SR, and a Larceny BP A124. It's a little clunky, but it actually works!

I just finished a bottle of that recently and really liked it!

JD Barrel Proof Rye is special as others have shared. Drinks under its proof and is usually findable around retail (80ish I think)

For what its worth…found a B batch of Larceny BP from last year. Amazing pour. If you find one out in the wild don’t pass it up as it is special. IMO the Larceny BP just keeps getting better

All three batches from 2023 are great. A lot of opinions on which is best, based on individual preferences.

I thought Larceny B was significantly better than the A and C batches last year. I got lucky and was able to get 3 bottles of it last year.

How’s that masters keep unforgotten? I’ve been trying to get my hands on one for a while with no luck. My dad was a big wild turkey fan (as am I now) and since he passed a couple years ago been wanting to get a bottle of the unforgotten for him, heard it’s pretty good.
