It’s definitely high. They’re $70 down here and currently very easy to find. I wouldn’t pay $100 BUT…if I couldn’t find them and really really wanted one, I might pay that once.

D8 - nose - caramel, cinnamon, grain
palette - oak, cinnamon, char, fruit, lower proof but oily mouth feel.

D7 - nose - oak, cocoa
palette - oak, cinnamon, nice mouth feel

Despite the lower age and proof, I'm hearing some good things about this batch.

Really enjoyed this rye from Redwood Empire. First one I have had from them and it was tasty. Good notes of spice and a bit of sweetness. I would recommend it.
