How’s that masters keep unforgotten? I’ve been trying to get my hands on one for a while with no luck. My dad was a big wild turkey fan (as am I now) and since he passed a couple years ago been wanting to get a bottle of the unforgotten for him, heard it’s pretty good.
Dang, sorry to hear about his passing.

Yeah it’s one of the best batches of the masters keep series. I’m a big WT fan too

I’ve found a few at that but haven’t seen any in months. I’m in middle Tn

I have picked up a bunch of bottles at the distillery, also find them all over in tullhoma and nashville. We have them here in Ohio pretty regular and seen them all over in kentucky as well.
 
D1 v D8

D1 - nose - grass, citrus, dark chocolate
palette - pepper, oak, brown sugar, slight harshness

D8 - nose - caramel, cinnamon, grain
palette - oak, cinnamon, char, fruit, lower proof but oily mouth feel.

winner - D8

D2 v D7

D2 nose - Brown sugar, taffy,
palette - oak, banna foster

D7 - nose - oak, cocoa
palette - oak, cinnamon, nice mouth feel

Winner - D2
this was very close and both pours were similar.

D3 v D6

D3 - nose - oak, dark chocolate, pine
palette - mint, char, peanut, musty

D6 - nose - banna taffy, caramel
palette - brown sugar, red fruit, easy sipper

winner - D6

D4 v D5

D4 - nose - Brown sugar, Banana bread, bubble gum
palette - banana, walnut, cinnamon, oak, nice finish, oily mouth feel

D5 - nose - char, ethonol, clove
palette - oak, char, straw, sharpie

winner - D4

this was blow out, D4 was a pure banger.

OK OK OK, now I'm done buying (except an ECBP A124) for a while....

It's getting to be a full time job finding these. My usual local source typically gets several cases and I have a 2-3 week window. They got these on Wednesday and this was the last bottle.

Despite the lower age and proof, I'm hearing some good things about this batch.
