@Lipnbass Right now the base cost of the chips are $0.19 per chip. The shipping from China to the states adds about $0.05 per chip (this goes down the more that are ordered). Then once they arrive you will be responsible for shipping to your residence. The shipping charges are in the first post as well.
In the second post there is a link to a spreadsheet that will give you an idea of some of the costs. The biggest order is 1000 chips right now from @Josh Kifer and his cost minus final shipping is about $240.

These costs are slightly fluid. The shipping cost I'm using is the highest estimate given by the manufacturer. So it could come in slightly higher or lower depending on the final order totals.

It's .20 cents a chip plus ship then reship. So if you say .24 cents a chip, that's a safe bet. Could be a smidge more or less, but that's a safe number to do the math with.
Bargain. Ok so, let me ask this. My cash games are going to be .50 1.00 and i would have between 5 and 10 people on average attend. Tournaments about the same. How many would you guys recommend and is it going to be possible to add on in the future?

I'll defer to some of the breakdown experts for this. I usually have my own breakdowns or use the calculator on the forums here.
PM sent with the breakdown I'd use.
The size of your cash set really depends on what you normally have in play at the end of the night. This is likely a one-time shot at these chips, so go big.
For a 10 player tournament breakdown:
T25 x 120
T100 x 120
T500 x 60
T1,000 x 120
T5,000 x 60
T25,000 x 20
500 chips will get it done, and even allow to play deeper stacks tournaments...bigger than T10k starting stacks.
I did a simpler version of that exact breakdown at 100/100/60/100/40.
Same basic breakdown we use and can do everyone plus rebuys in a T20K tourney. Yours has a bit more flexibility tho.

There are breakdown beasts here you can consult with. There is also people who don't get partial racks of stuff, they always round up.i dont fall into that category but I know people who do. It does future proof your game and helps with resale.

I'm gonna go ahead and get a quote for shipping on 15k chips. I want to be safe on my estimates and don't want anyone surprised by anything. I've been figuring the shipping off their 10k chip quote and we are nearing that now.
