I'm gonna be bumping it up to 800 btw I've already been doing it on the spreadsheet. I found out how to fit at least 800 in a MFRB. Could maybe fit close to 1k so if that changes what you want let me know

****BIG UPDATE****
After a couple weeks of back and forth emails with GPI's legal department we finally have an answer.....We are fine. Here's the gist.

Ben Comin who is the legal counsel for GPI is who I was in contact with. He forwarded our request to GPI's specialized trademark attorneys. They came back just today and basically told Ben that he can't give us a firm greenlight or a go ahead specifically, simply because they don't know who we are or our intent. What he just told me on the phone was that the reason behind this was simply because of past issues from people on this forum (wonder who that is) and what he called "black market production" of GPI chips. He assured me though, that unless we plan on ramping up to full commercial production of these scrub donkey chips and move to be direct competition with GPI that we have nothing to worry about from them.

More specifically their trademark attorneys said that it is "obvious" that we aren't directly copying their trademarks, and while there are similarities they are not near close enough to be an issue with them.

I completely understand not giving us a green light in writing simply because he is right, they don't know who we are, but he was nice enough to tell me on the phone that there is nothing to worry about. Basically we hold our fate in our own hands, and we know our intentions with this. I don't plan on quitting my job at the prison to mass produce scrub donkey poker chips in an effort to put GPI out of business and since @Kensco and @BonScot both own the intellectual rights to their images, if anyone outside of those of us they have given permission to decided to produce chips they would have to deal with those 2 over intellectual property first.

So again, zero issues, we are full steam ahead.

That is so awesome. Did not expect it to go like that at all.
Ben was really cool on the phone. He was not so cool about the "black market" issues though. I understand not getting a written green light though. He went above and beyond to help us and I appreciate that. He easily could have ignored us when I sent him proofs of the chips lol.

Definitely appreciate your efforts to get legal clearance. The amount of time you have put into this project should not go unnoticed.

It's a group effort. The work that's been put in by @Kensco @BonScot @FordPickup92 @toynoob kinda dwarfs mine. There's no doubt that none of this would be happening if it wasn't for their work, ideas and artistic talent.

**** Another Big Update ****
So to temper the good news of the legal issues being cleared up there is some bad news of a sort. The manufacturer has notified me that the cheaper shipping that I've been getting quoted is unavailable during the next month. This is for various reasons they have given me. The shipping companies in China according to them close off cheaper shipping avenues in an effort to capitalize on the large volume of shipments going out between Christmas, New Years and the upcoming Chinese New Year and bring in as much money as possible during their biggest shipping month of the year. SO, what this leaves us is a few options.

Option one, delay the order until the beginning of February, when they have assured me that the cheaper shipping will be available again.

Option two, go forward with the order with the increased shipping rates

Option three, there is actually an even more expensive option using DHL. To me this isn't really an option but for transparencies sake I want everyone to know all options.

I'm typing this up on my tablet so I will attach screen shots of the shipping rates they have quoted. Surprisingly the air freight isn't much more expensive than the sea rate that they initially quoted me. When I originally got this email a couple days ago I kinda panicked but realistically its not much faster. So anyway I'll attach the images and let you guys discuss. Without any major dissent I will go with the cheapest possible option. This will delay things, and I really am sorry for that. However it will allow the group buy to be open for longer and possible accumulate more orders.

Looking forward to your feedback.

As far as I'm aware the shipping for 10k chips hasn't changed, but will be subject to the same delay. I am getting that information though just to make sure.

Basically what it boils down to. If we reach 15k (very possible with all the talk about orders to come) then it would be about 85 extra bucks to order as soon as the group buy closes and payments are collected or 85 cheaper to wait till February. They can process the order and likely will but will just delay shipping.
