I just want to use this opportunity to thank the man behind this group buy Mr. @Hammer2171. It's people like him who are creative geniuses who develop stuff to make our lives easier. His rant on that warm August morning slinging insults around like he was on a Navy voyage out at sea, hit a lot of us in a way that we cant deny. We spend money, a lot of it on over priced poker chips with no value. We can't not deny that. We are scrub f'ing donkey losers.

Raise your beer tonight in honor of hammer that he may return to the site and see the madness he has built. He will be able to get samples, and tell stories to his grandkids someday around the fireplace next to the Christmas tree. How he was the talk of the forum for years on end, how people would travel hundreds of miles just to watch him play poker.

Todd I'm still building my set I will get you totals soon. If you made it this far in my post I hope you have a smile on your face. I tried as hard as I could to get a 3rd of @ukcollectors wall of text, but damn that's tuff. He is also a genius.

Not saying this is a complete search by any means, but when searching "Gaming Partners International Corporation" as owners of trademarks the only thing close to this that comes up is this one:
http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4806:9dn99t.18.85
No results that include rim designs, but I may not be using the correct search terms.

(Old guy brag alert!) :jawdrop::eek::vomit:

Ah, one of my databases. I built that sucker to the trademarks operation's search specifications. I thought it sucked then, and it still sucks now. It's most useful to trademark examiners working from home, because it has the same crappy search interface parameters as their in-house database.

IMO, the public patent database is much more user-friendly and useful (and that's mine, too. It won a ComputerWorld annual national "best database" award back in something like 1996. That's for any other old farts out there who remember ComputerWorld!)

BTW: I retired in April of 2011, and neither db has been touched since then except for weekly data loads. That should tell you something about recent government funding... :(

Damn you @BonScot waiting the awesome Scottish donkey on the 5k... every time I run the numbers on a MTT I need a 25k chip.. I know you're not going to top Scottish donkey with another denom! I hope the plaque idea actually happens down the road!

Could always use the NCV hammer chip as a 25k

Folks, picture it. It’s late December and you have managed to get away from it all for a few days for a romantic winter break in a log cabin. You and the love of your life clinking glasses of mulled wine together as you sit in front of a roaring fire staring into each other’s eyes.

Imagine the look on your significant other’s face when you finally build up the courage to tell them that you’ve ordered them a set of scrub donkey chips for Christmas. Imagine the expression of joy on their cute little face. Imagine the warm fuzzy feeling you get knowing that you’ve made their year...

So what are you waiting for? Buy these!!!

Disclaimer - I would suggest wearing one of these just in case the giftee gets overwhelmed with emotion :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

@BonScot

The real question, Tony, is how many are you getting? And a follow up...do you have the guts to put these in play at your game?
Don’t get me wrong...I love each and every @BonScot piece. I’m just wondering if Tony might be afraid to put his artwork on the table for peer review, Glasgow style.

Broke 3K total chips, just need 2k more.

Also there's going to be a few more chips added soon, a $2 an alternative $20 or "secondary" and possibly a 25k. These will be the absolute last additions though. We've worked Bon and Ken to the point they are having nightmares about donkeys I would guess. If the 25k happens it may be from a different artist, but its a big IF at this point so stay tuned.
