Wanted to buy this tshirt. I didn't think my wife would appreciate it. Got another shirt.

Last day of mild weather before the cold sets back in, wanted a nice matching mild stick. These Monte whites usually scratch itch perfectly, but this one was so plugged it had to be chucked (even with multiple attempts to correct it via draw tool)

But this Perdomo sub'd in nicely enough

What is the story with the Fuente Pinks? I read some of the background but are they worth the squeeze and how do they compare to other super premium Fuentes?

Same question on Angel’s Share cigars.
I would say pass on rare pink vs other high end fuente. I won these in a free lotto on a cigar discord server I’m on. I think opus x, don Carlos are better. Haven’t had angels share. Lost city is decent but way too expensive. The hidden gem in the fuente line is casa cuba especially the divine inspiration vitola.

Thank you for the recommendation. Ordered a 5 pack from Tampa Sweethearts the same day and had one last night. Very nice cigar, full bodied but smooth. Of course I was punished for my photo hubris as seconds before I took this pick I had nearly two inches of ash.

Tampa Sweethearts is great! That stick is great! On a call with Mr. Fuente Jr. about an order one time he described these as very slept on (my words).

nice! glad you were able to get some. yes, tampa sweethearts is great. neptune will get the DI in stock from time-to-time, usually once a year.

the story goes, that the DI is a different blend from the other casa cubas. it was the last blend that carlos sr. made before he passed away. he woke up in the middle of the night with an idea for the blend, hence the name divine inspiration. enjoy!
