Davidoff Winston Churchill this afternoon.

I bought two boxes of the Fuente Hemingway short story based on the reviews here. It’s pretty good and just the right size for my morning commute. But I’m smoking it right after a PG and it’s subpar to the pg.
Really? Looks like I'll have to give the PG a shot. I love the short story.

Have you found a favorite from PG? I’ve never had a bad one, but I find the artisans to be too light for my preference. Everything else is great.

Based on what you’ve said about the PGs, I am not totally surprised. Short story is great but it isn’t an eye of the shark, añejo, etc., and it seems like PGs are in that higher tier.

I’ve tried the artisan and the regular one in different sizes. I think they had a darker wrapper one but I don’t like full bodied cigars so I didn’t try that. They have several anniversaries that are 10,15,20 year aged that are priced much higher, but I gotta try some.

Quickly becoming one of my favourite brands based on consistency alone. This was a real good 'un with so many great flavours: lots of chocolate in the first third, followed by a nice pepper kick in the final two.

In other news, has anyone else ever done a cigar-inspired inlay? Hopefully completing on my new house next week, and already thinking of a new design for my cigar lounge, falling under the overarching Riverside Poker Room name.

Still a very rough inlay design at this point, but TRKs (orange and black chip will be swapped, denom wise) or THC?

I used to love RP decades. They has the richest creamiest draw of any cigar I smoked. I smoked maybe 50 of them. Then they changed them and they don’t taste or feel the same. I quit them. I’ll still smoke a sun grown here and there

Same here. I don't like Decades anymore. They seem lighter too.
