@Tommy -- chips arrived safe and sound and look great (def need oil to really shine, however). My chip count is correct (including samples/extras), plus the bonus chocolate chips. Thanks!
Another check-mark in the column for "Blue Chip material/colors" vs Paulson material/colors debate. New BCC chips always benefited greatly from oiling, much more so than do new Paulson chips.

My 21 chips were correct.
Can't say for certain if there was any chocolate in there; @Mrs. Bentax works from home and had access to the package for several hours before I got there.

Got my sample set Tommy, thanks. Wow, they came out great. The Blue Chip line has some great potential. I'm not sure which color I like best, but I'll go with red.
