Whoops, I honestly meant 8 man LOL. I was doing the math of 160k in my head and leaving the extra 20k for color ups and what not. Maff is hard.
Yeah, I kept trying to run through breakdowns in my head yesterday and just couldn't focus. Luckily I have a whiteboard right next to my desk.

With one of each set (plus an extra 20 x T500), I've got a bank of just under 1.3 million. My Tuesday night group does 10k+10k starting stacks (one prepaid rebuy/add-on), and this allows me to run up to 25 players at those stack sizes. The bigger chips will come in handy for the Crazy Christmas and Chaos games, where starting stacks are only 5k but there are tons of rebuys and additional chips coming into play.

I think after this purchase, I'm finally ready to sell off my CPS China clays. That set can handle 40 players, and I will never ever ever host a game that big.

Given the breakdown of the T10k set, is there anything short of buying the 300 chip set in order to get a little more flexibility? Buying some stacks of yellow/grey/browns?

I've been left at home with 4 kids for the past 10 hours (not all mine) and feel I need some kind of reward purchase.
I ran a lot of different options yesterday to turn the T10k set into a two table set for a deeper game, and for me nothing was as economical as just buying the 300 chip set.

I'm locked at 1 table with 10 players max. Usually 1 rebuy during the first 2 hours, but only if you're down past half your stack. Another $100 to $150 would probably be hidable from the ball and chain. Hard to tell which chips would actually help extend the set. Another 180,000 in bank?

Working on different breakdowns now. I'm still learning, but I'm basing all my structures on 10-player events. Here's what I have so far. All of which maximizes the 500 Horseshoe Cincy set I purchased yesterday. Again, not a tourney guru, I'm just playing with numbers to make stuff work.

Nice! That's awesome. This sale is definitely sweet, such a nice priced set. Hoping

Probably a mix of 1k and 5k chips. 60/40 or 80/20. If you dont care about having a round number maybe even 40/20 to save a few bucks if you just want to add some flexibility.

If you're never going to have more than a table of 10, what you've got now will do up to 17K (12/12/3/4/2) with enough T500s left for coloring up the 25s and 100s. That's T10k with a few rebuys, or T5k with a lot more.

You could round up to T20k per player with another 60 x T1k - that gives you more rebuys for a 10k game or the ability to do a 20k freezeout.

Yeah, the freeze out seems like such neat idea. I'd like to be flexible enough to do it. So, I'm happy that I have the basic set that will work for 10, but it would be cool to go up another 60k or so to get a T20k. Working on a split right now with another member.

Guess I better tell Chanman to downgrade me from alligator skin rail back to leather :)

Before I do this, anyone want to go halfsies on the 300 chip WSOP set? It's a better bargain than trying to get 1 more rack.
Did you find someone? If not let me know. I think I need more yellow and grey!

Bare with me if I haven’t gotten back to you post or message as I was packing up all day yesterday and still have a long ways to go. There will be a lot of packages going out today but I will not be able to get all out today.
Also, I have left pricing alone only because I have been so busy packing up orders. There will be price increases as soon as I can get to it. Take advantage while you can.

What condition is the wsop Cincinnati sets?? Mint or slightly used.
They were used. But not much. The cincinnati horseshoe was open for 3 years. So how many times dd they use these? Speculation and guesswork here, but the Circuit events are usually at a casino for about a week per year? Probably no more than 10 tournaments per year? So maybe these things were used 30 times at most? Probably less?
