Not Mine PSA: Barrington table $149 at Walmart ($169 if you want the lighted version) (4 Viewers)

I am still able to add both versions to my cart. Maybe it is a regional thing?
Crazy. Maybe so. I didn’t even notice the out of stock until I tried to checkout, then it gave me the out of stock message and suggested alternatives. I was ordering it for delivery, so I don’t know why it would make a difference.

Here’s what I get, look at the three options, lol. Out of stock on any. shipping, pickup or delivery

Thanks for the heads up! I just ordered one with the LED. I was getting ready to build one but with the holidays and vacation coming up in early 2024, the $450 budget for the custom build had to wait. This will do for now. I was able to order one and says it should arrive tomorrow. I'm on the west coast.

Whelp I didn’t plan on buying a new Barrington today but here we are. Snagged the LED version to replace my OG one that I’ve had for 3 years and is starting to show its age from being set up and taken down 100 times. Stoked to hear there is a near armrest material. Hoping my topper still fits decently.

I could look back through this thread but does anyone know the easiest solution to diffusing the LEDs?

shit i might buy one just to swap the rails and resell

*edit* fuck it, i went for it lol. how much should i list the frankentable for?

**double edit** maybe i should just re-felt the new one and sell the old one w/ speedcloth. probably be able to break even.

Anyone have any experience with the ones with the lights? None of my current tables have lights so I'm leaning towards one of those.

Wow tempting! Debating on the black felt, but it's 20lb heavier. I guess that's only 10lb extra per person carrying it.

Does it have to be plugged in? Or battery powered? Anything else nicer about it?

Wish they had the blue for $150
The LED lights have to be pretty insignificant. Can’t wrap my head around a 20lb difference. I do see the steel legs are 1/8 inch thicker on the LED table. But that still doesn’t seem like 20 pounds. I wonder if the surface is thicker too? Free returns so I’m getting one of each to check out.

I believe the LED tables are just like the ESPN version. They are slightly larger on the playing surface than the standard table. They are also a bit wider when it is folded up. I ordered the LED version. It is a must to get a dimmer for the lights. They are crazy bright on the ESPN tables. There are also battery packs you can buy so you don't have to plug it in to an outlet all the time.

So I purchased the Barrington table for an overflow table. I usually just run one table but last night I needed another because I had 15 ppl show up.

Does anyone know where I can buy a topper for this? It would be nice to have nicer layout in it.

Does anyone know the exact measurements of the new Barrington tables for toppers? Sounds like the original is slightly smaller. Hoping to order a topper soon as I probably won't get down to the PO Box until the new year to pick up the table.

According to FedEx, my order arrives today. I'm thinking of a topper as well, and I'll report measurments when it arrives.

It is best to measure your table once it arrives. Most standard Barringtons are close in size but can vari just slightly. The LED versions of the table are a bit larger than the standard Barrington size.

I just ordered the non-LED version in Pennsylvania. Expected to arrive tomorrow! Not bad for free shipping!!

Someone posted this in the other thread. Looks like thicker plywood, thicker legs, more support and bigger cup holders.

Mine just arrived!
Ordered just before midnight on Wed….which means just a bit over 30 hours from placing order to my door.
Crazy good packaging, box in a box. There’s got to be $150 of cardboard here. :ROFLMAO:

I just set it up and interior ring for topper measurement is 74”x32”, which I believe is 1/2” larger in both width and length from the older version of this table? Will confirm about topper size.
It also has the newer version of the rail.

That “Premium” one is not the LED one on sale for $169. It’s an even more upgraded version of their “Classic”.
The $149 is the Classic with brown felt and the $169 table is the Classic with led lights and black felt. It appears that the size is slightly different, however. I’d like to hear the confirmed size of the LED version.
