So I was trying to find an answer online, but couldn't. My google skills aren't up to par, and I know there are always raffles on here, so was hoping some of my Canadian, specifically Ontario friends, could help me out.
Is there a link/website about the legalities of a raffle? Like do I have to get a permit or anything? The value of the raffle items are under 1k, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I just don't want to get in trouble, that's all. lol.
It's for some of my art pieces, I have a couple stock ones that I'm trying to move and clean out my inventory. Anyways, any info would help. Thanks!
