First off, general design used with permission from the king of the cards mold himself, @SeanGecko .

With that said, I wanted a couple of basic, (relatively) inexpensive sets for my monthly game where we start with a tournament and then play cash after.

Looking for feedback on if there are any obvious issues here before I pull the trigger:

Thanks!

Looking good, for your cali Cash Set $25 are usually purple and $20 are black

Maybe can consider to change it $20 since you already using T25 to your tourney; to try out some different denom t
I originally had the $25 as a $20 in the cash set (my preference) but the other host of my game apparently hates $20 chips. He hated the yellow $5, too, so we compromised on going with the $25 and keeping the yellow $5.

Thanks!

I see potential dirty stack issues between the T100 and T1000 and also the T100 and T5000.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure I see a huge risk but the common link is the T100 red spot so I'm going to explore a different spot color there.

Haha, he must be in the minority as most people I know like $20 & yellow $5

Now I look at it again, the colour use on the $25 wording may be too dark, you may want to change to a lighter colour compare to black background

As usually the printing of the colour of chip will be slighter different as the printer used for the card Mold had some limitations on colour

Arrived today. Couldn't be happier with the quality. There are a few things I'd fix/change about my design but overall I love them and can't wait to get them in play this weekend:

I know $25 should be $20 and 43mm, $1 should be black ;).

Looking great!

New chips were very well appreciated.

Most of us started playing cards together 25+ years ago in high school. The cash chips have the initials of two of our regulars who've passed away and both have brothers who still play with us who were at the game last night to play with these new chips. Was a nice surprise to unveil to them.

The King is extremely pleased

1,800 racked and stacked in an Apache 4800, room for 2,100. Just for transport and not storage I think, though. Closing the lid with them stacked 3-up puts quite a bit of pressure on the chips.

Is this the same 4800 sized
17-7/8 in. x 12-7/8 in. x 6-1/8 in. ?

I have a few of 20"(external length) models but have never used them for chips....

Should be. I left the case at a friends after the game so I can't measure but it's just the normal ole Apache 4800 from Harbor Freight.

66.7 on Spinettis or the 4200 from Kathy order a minimum of 15.
Holy crap the acrylic 66.7s are a million times better than these cheap poly Amazon racks. Thanks again for the tip!!

I went with the Spinettis ones for the first 18. Any difference in Kathy's that might make them worth giving a shot, or basically the same? Going to order the rest I need.
