Casino or homegame, cash or tourney, this is the thread to show us your live game stacks.

I'll start. 1/3 NL game at an underground club here in NYC. I was still on tilt from my monumentally terrible performance at DCS this past weekend, both in the tourney and (more importantly) at the cash tables. Since I haven't played in the underground clubs in a while, I must've been a cypher for the regs, who gave me zero respect, even though any hand I showed down was strong. Notable hands, with me raising and betting all the way and, in each case, at least one person calling my all in: Pocket AAs flopped a set, turned a boat. Pocket KKs flopped a set.

Two buy-ins totaling $500, cashed out for $1,940.

guess i'll have to start taking pics again now that we're start this thread up, i guess. scrolling back in my phone, though, here's one from a while ago. gotta rep the Borgata bud jones beauties. also, there's one from Harrah's AC before they pulled the CiC redbirds. i loved those chipes. and parx, which i guess is my now-former second home since i no longer work close enough to make regular visits.

Sick! Was that a "friendly" home game here in NYC? lol

Spike,
I occasionally play at Point Edward (about once every month or two), had no idea there was another chip geek plays there! Maybe I'll run into you some time.

Can the mods please delete this post? Sorry - getting accustomed to the new forum and attachments.

MOAR STACKS! This is by far my favorite thread both here and on 2+2.

Casino Arizona - 4/8 Omaha/8 game with the Ancients and Dishonerables

Two more stacks at the Mohegan Sun 2/5 game. The 2nd (with the rack of green) was courtesy of 90 minutes of play off a $500 buyin. I raised with 4 hands in one orbit (none of them premium), flopped the shnizzles against big pocket pairs and sets, and held up.

Casino Arizona 3/5 Spread Hold'em ($500 max bet any street). Honestly one of the more difficult sessions I've ever had - just a ton of tough spots and I got lucky and made more right decisions than wrong.

Horseshoe Southern Indiana 1/2 NL + PLO mixed game. Bullied the table into including PLO as Courage and Harley went to bed last year (2013; DCS3); remaining players were awful at PLO.

Foxwoods 5/10 NLHE - short 3 hour session, only time I've had a pumpkin chip ($1k) in front of me at any game. 3-bet pre with 64ss and got 3 callers. 2d-4d-5s flop. Furious betting ensues and I'm all in HU against another guy for $1500 a side. He shows 64dd. Ugh, really? Turn 8s, River Js, and I'm relieved that I faded the flush until he quietly points out that I went runner-runner flush. He pulls out 2 pumpkins from his man purse, quietly rebuys, and proceeded to run over the table. Notice the Bailey's and Coffee in front of me that says "BAIL" - that's basically what I did about 30 min after this hand.

LOL chip set from underground NH game featuring 1/2 NLHE w/ $1K max buyin.

I've heard that Casino Arizona has some great limit O8 games, but sadly have never been. Although I've also been told there are two Casino Arizonas and one is good for O8 and the other not so much?

Casino Arizona at Talking Stick is a legitimate resort with good restaurants and a club that is always hopping on the weekends. They spread good O8 games (4/8 and 6/12) and they have some great breakfast deals ($4 steak and eggs in the AM). I can't speak to the other one having not been there, but it's not the full resort and doesn't have the Arena Poker Room that the Talking Stick at Casino Arizona has.

Oh nice.. I was there Saturday.
Where do you live?
I'm 45 miles north of Port Huron....gotta cross the bridge to get there, but usually not too long of a delay. Was there a couple weeks ago, hope to get back sometime this month....gotta get back some of the money I left there! Maybe I'll let you know next time I plan on going.

For sure! . PM me then

Last weekend, about halfway through the night at a local .25/.50 home game. I was drinking a horrible spiced Christmas Ale. Ended up clearing 150 on the night.

Early hand that felted me on the night. I double straddle in Crazy Pineapple for two bucks. Pick up Aces. limp, limp, limp, limp, folds, first straddler makes it 25 with a "I feel lucky comment". I have 60 behind me. I shove. Folds to the better who calls. Flop is 7/7/8, turn 8, river is x. He rolls over pocket 7's (his discard was a fucking 8). I reloaded again and took it up to about 290 (had an add on early as well).

Hosted a Tourney, followed by a cash game. Finished 17th out of 20. Sat in the cash game and did ok. .25/.50 blinds/HOPE.

This was my stack about 3 hours into play. Ended up clearing 500 on the night. My second 500 profit in a row at these stakes (great home game :) )

2/5 NLHE at Mohegan Sun last Saturday. $3200 in the picture but got outdonked to knock the profit down to $400 at cashout time 15 hours later. Also attached is a picture of jbutler after a fantastic 4 day PLO session. He was about to go hit another game before showering because he didn't want to wash the luck off.

Stack during first break at the weekly casino tourney. Busted about 8 hands into level 6.

Even so they are slugged at the underground NH game, nice to see a plaque for a hundo. A slugged plaque.

treehouse chips from guinness above are like rolls royce slugged chips compared to what they have at one of the underground games here. note that there are at least four unique chips pictured. obviously the game is uber secure:

That was actually berg who posted but I'm trying to find the picture of Count Plaque'ula, aka Plaque Attack night when I ran it up to $8100 and had like 25 black plaques and 4 orange plaques ($500 each). That is some serious plaque'ing. They have $100 chips but since they are similar to the $1 chips they use dice plaques. All the local chippers here get a huge crack out of using dice plaques. I never knew they existed until tree time.

Edit: Found a couple from Take Back the Plaque night. Sick run at 1/2, one buyin.

From big blue, a couple of years ago. Over a 1,000,000 stack in a casino is always nice -- down to two of us in the AtLarge main event at the Taj in AC.

I'd love to have these chips when the Taj is gone. Wonder what the NJ gaming regs say about tournament chips???

Finally got the hookup - uncapped 1/2, plays deep, not an underground cardroom, just a friendly home game in a REALLY nice area. Been looking for this kind of game for years. :D

Going for the first time tonight - hoping for decent chips. Wish me luck boys...

go get em Benny. bring home some cash and some pics....
