Tried posting updates at the casino last night, but internet connection was shocking.

I wasn't even going to bother playing last night — but glad I did. In for 1 x £20 bullet, which was a 30,000 starting stack...

... out in 4th for £235! So nice to finally make a final table — although a little bittersweet not to win it all.

Chip colors across the pond are so weird.

Playing blackjack in Warsaw, Poland, last august 11th.
Unable to shot a pic at the table, I took a few pic before cashing out.
It was a lucky night: in for 350 zloty (1 USD = 3.80 zloty), out for 825 zloty ... plus free 2.5, 5, 10, 25 single chips :)

This might be the first 5/T hold'em game running since the Wsop circuit event last Jan and let's say it was fantastic. A few hands of note tonight I raise EP with 89s and flop came 576. I played it sneaky with a major aggro whale in the hand and checked it twice. Surprisingly the guy on my direct left bets the flop and turn, I stuff stuff the turn and get the full double for around as he's drawing dead. Later I get it AIPF with AA vs. AA.... Le sigh. Hand #3, I 3 bet AK PF and get cold 4 bet. I call it and flop comes Kxx. He jams I call and get shown AA.

My favorite hand of the night had a $20 button straddle, and $40 blind raise from the SB. 4 calls to me, I call with A3s the rest of the table limps and we go 9 handed to a flop. QJ8ddc. SB bets $90, BB calls, I fold, guy to my left raises to $300, guy to his left calls, SB fold, BB calls. Turn has $1350 in the pot and is a 4c. BB checks, guy to my left has 4k in front of him and jams, guy to his left says call faster than I've heard in my life for $2700, SB calls for his remaining $660. They say one time and river is the Ac. SB shows he missed his flush draw with Ax, Guy to my left shows T9cc, the other guy...... KT for the scoop. Snap called 2.7k with K high and 5 outs yet scoops the 7.3k pot. Gotta love poker.

I'm sorry, but if I finished up $1000 at that game, I'd be on PCF buying a topper and chips for the host.
Haha $1000 is pretty light for this game. I was low on cash so I could only buy in for $500 :D

I am only a mile or two from this game, so I am finally working on my table build to start bringing everybody over to my place for a quality setup :)

I've got my paulsons, gassers, chanman felts, just need to actually build my tables and we will be good to go!

I can't wait for these people to be unimpressed by my setup! :D They don't care about anything hahaha

Had a small home game with some guys that I havent seen in a while. Picked up another 2 players after the tournament was over.

Very casual game, minus one, most of this group kinda just keep any 2 cards and wing it. But it's more about friends than playing poker. It's a weird game, it feels like coin flips sometimes.

I was the big winner until villain got it all in with me on the flop. Had him crushed with top top and a flush draw, then he binked his queen on the turn and held. Gross lol

:as::ks: vs :kh::qc:

Aces were dealt 3 times, always got cracked. My kings got cracked in a 4 bet pot by Q10 offsuit for the turned 2 pair. I got out in time though, but the luck of some of these players is unreal. Had a blast as always.

Here's some shots of the game. I didnt get any pictures of the tournament I guess, all the shots minus the starting stacks are from the cash game.

Finally got out of being card dead in the maiden voyage of my new set. Aces on the button finally doubled me up.

Watching the action around me all night was driving me crazy. I watched the same guy get KK 2 times back to back and double up each time, lots of aces and sick pocket pairs. I had lots of sets get busted by flushes and such tonight, so I'm glad I'm leaving up.

This might be the shortest session I've ever played. I busted someone and no one wanted to play 5 handed so my game broke and even though I was the only one that wanted to keep playing I end up 5th on the waitlist for the main. It would be a 2 hour wait to get a seat so I decided to say fuck it and go home because the PLO game looked like shit and screw playing 1/3 on a Saturday night.
