South Point's poker room still have a No Hoodies policy? I laughed when I saw that it was a thing.

I think they're kinda nice in their simplicity. That $5 was used as a tip chip on a season of High Stakes Poker. Give it some respek.

@Mr Tree helping me out at Parx tonight. Had to raise this hand to give me enough time to take a snapshot of the ninja. Then had to three barrel to take down the pot. So an extra $70 or so thanks to Tom :)

EDIT: And I still didn't get the card capper in view. Whoops. Fixed:

Lol I was reading this wondering if there was some subtle trolling dig about my results at Club Courage Thursday until I saw the second photo. Congrats on what looks like a nice night!

Cashed that stack out and went to eat late. Bought back in and donked away about $200. Still a good night thanks to the SATP chip :)

I need to get my ass over there and play some poker. It's so disappointing here. A company called Unibet are doing their best to get more national poker tournaments going, but locally, it's quiet and disappointing.

Flopping the nut straight at PLO is the rake, the absolute rake.

What does this mean, please?

New cardroom in town, new chips!! This is from the 2-20 spread limit game, in for $100.

I'd love to get to play with some decent chips. Over here they're all ceramic and plastic chips. No one uses any decent chips.

Whats that "mold" called? I've never seen it before.
Wheat ear. Relatively hard plastic injection-molded chips from China, usually slugged heavyweights (14.5g pretty common). One of Jack's favorites, obv.

I thot you meant the blob encroaching on his earbuds in the cupholder. Not sure what strain.

Yeah, I was in a pissed off mood and trying to bait one of the spelling police into saying something so I could tell them to fuck off, but I'm better now. ;) I threw in the quotation marks to make it more obvious, in hindsight though next time I'm trolling I'm leaving them out to make it seem more natural.

I was also getting excited for the thot so I got hot but apparently it was all for naught.

Ya, those chips are pretty bad, but they're better than that felt lol

The whole setup is completely lol. The only acceptable element of the entire thing are the cards which are Copags, though they're the same two setups that have been in use for years. The $25 chips don't even match the rest of the set either.

Now to take the sad to the absurd, listen to this: the "table" is actually just a topper that lies on top of a marble dining table that is permanently installed. The topper is the same one that the host has used for years. It was built by a reg in the game to be sized perfectly to fit onto the dining table in the host's old house. Turns out, it fits perfectly onto the marble table which is inside the new $4 million house he had built last year. Why does it fit so perfectly? Because he had the marble table designed and cut into an oval perfectly sized to fit the topper.

Can you imagine the face of the architect and the marble cutter when they were told the permanently installed marble table should be reverse engineered to fit this abortion of a topper?

I was going to call bullshit, but that story is too far outside the realm of possibility to be made up.
