Found a fun $60 tourney in Tahoe, feels like a home game, everybody knows each other. Non traditional colors, but I kinda love the hot stamp chips. 12k deep stack, up quite a bit View attachment 45935
Only 22 Buyins on two tables, fun way to spend a weeknight haha. Up to 55kNice stack, I'm assuming 100 max players + late registration as people got out?

Ordinarily I wouldn't be bragging about a +$250ish profit but with the downswing I'm on it feels like a million bucks.View attachment 45133
You play a lot of poker, Mr Butler. Your wife is a saint.Triple header at the movies then Parx. Waiting for seat at PLO game and hoping it looks better when it opens because right now the game is horrific.

Chip leader...on a massive heater, before and right after first dinner break. Start stack is 5k. Photo shows ~65k. Unfortunately, I lost a big flip at final table with AA vs. 66, villain makes a set of 6s on the flip. And, the blinds+antes run me into the ground, finishing 4th of 183.
I'm from Sac. Was this at a casino up there? Looks like a cool tourney! Thanks!Found a fun $60 tourney in Tahoe, feels like a home game, everybody knows each other. Non traditional colors, but I kinda love the hot stamp chips. 12k deep stack, up quite a bit View attachment 45961

What casino is this?
Grosvenor Casino, in Coventry - Ricoh Arena.
How is it? The Grosvenor here has really gone down here, most gravitate to Rendezvous now.
