Our old man O8 game seems to have died down in Tunica. Wasn’t always the best game to play in, but still makes me sad.

I was there yesterday and noticed they are closing the room at 4am now Monday - Thursday. Only 6 tables going yesterday on a Saturday is crazy slow. Haven't seen O8 or LHE run in forever outside of the series being in town. Tunica poker is dying out and Caesars doesn't care. The interesting part is during major events they can fill 30 tables no problem.

I haven’t been in a good while, but I check in often. LHE completely dead, O8 was running for a few weeks consistently this summer and then died off (probably literally died, tbh). They still seem to get plenty of tables on the weekends, though. I saw they had 2 PLO tables last night.

But yes, not what it once was. I’m gonna try and make it down a night or two this next series they have coming up.

Great night of NLHE with 1 Omaha hand variation (4,5,6-card, drawmaha) every orbit. Great night, crazy action. In for 100, out 397.

I must be the only person who can’t win there. But hey, at least I get my money in good….
Have you tried the graveyard shift to play against the drunks that refuse to go home?

Less hands per hour bc people are falling asleep at the table, but usually a soft game.

I'm considering buying a set of powerpoker chips, and was wondering how you find the feel and sound of the chips?
The look and feel of these (ceramic) chips is really good. They have some nice & unique designs and are a pleasure do deal with as a company.
Me personally (I guess I have a problem  :ROFLMAO: ), I have come to dislike the sound of ceramic chips over time, they sound a little sharper then clays, rattle just that bit higher pitch (for my ear).
I would say Go for a set.
