From a couple weeks ago. Apparently Phil Hellmuth and his son were at Bay 101 the day before I was there. This was a Saturday $200 turbo event. Placed 6th, not too shabby given I hadn't played in a tournament in quite a while.
Before joining PCF, I never thought that much about which card rooms used which chips. I reckon these are in the casino grade plastics range, but I'm sure my Bay Area peeps know what all the local rooms use .

1st pic i was up 160k then 2 hands gave river cards bottom pair a set over my top pair. 2nd pic after I chipped up again and lost around 150k when I raised 3 hands in a row with pocket pair. Ran into JJ with my 88. I thought I was in a race. I thought wrong. We're in the money. 10 players left. 1st place is $3175 at the daily 11 am at the Orleans. no icm unless it's to my benefit. Lol
Edit: K4 called my reraise preflop. He cause 2 pair vs my AK. I'm out 6th place for $504.
Chipped up slowly! Great home game with the new chips. I was shocked at how many rebuys, and how quickly the preflop raise went from limping 50cents straight to $2. Worked out for me!
Yeah initially they were the whip. Now they have seen some action and I noticed there is some spinner action going on. A couple of times I saw stacks fall over while people were messing with their stacks.
Great for the price and amount of chips though so can’t complain.
Yeah, overall they’re still in good shape.
I already got a sample set from another member, so I’m good there. Might grab some $1s to take back to local PCFers.
