So I had an issue with my Shuffletech the other day so I contacted Chip Gray.
Turns out my problem was small & fixable in 2 seconds but what I found alarming was the email he sent me before the "how to fix" email.
Wtf?!? Is the repair guy going on vacation? Are they that backlogged with repairs???
I've had mine serviced before & it was back to me in under 10 days so this just seems odd to me.
