Dink and dunks though. They’re not fully utilizing Ruggs other than that late 4Q play. I thought Jeudy was better at Tuscaloosa and would’ve been a better fit than Ruggs. But alas Al is still drafting from the grave based on 40 time.

Not remotely close to the past two years. Dinks and dunks then was literally 20/21 plays going 5 yards max, super one dimensional.

There were a couple of 20+ yard plays, which are unheard of since the pro bowl broken leg season. They took a 50 yd TD shot with Ruggs and he picked up two critical PIs on deeper shots.

100% agree with Jeudy, but I’ve never seen Gruden open some of these plays without check down options. Strong underneath receivers and stacking the box vs Jacobs, I look forward to at least 1-2 max protection deep shots to Ruggs a game. His hand checking the DB into interference is good stuff.

(if they ever have a shot at division, they need to loosen Carr up back to his Favre look alike days. No idea how you match KC point for point, but it starts there)

Coming from a Buffalo Bills fan that had to deal with the New England cheaters in their division, you are not looking at this the right way. You can't care about what Kansas City is doing. You have to focus on playing good football and constantly improving yourself. The Bills spend years trying to beat the Patriots, and it got them nowhere. Once the Bills started worrying about the Bills instead of worrying about someone else, the playoff appearances started happening.

I’m with ya there, no arguments here. This isn’t about changing to meet the Chiefs, it’s about best utilizing what’s there.

I don’t think anyone’s ever seen anything that screams Carr isn’t an NFL starting QB, the arm talent and deep ball are money. But the respect, support, system, injuries, mental block have kept it under wraps for years. Paying too much money for a game mgr, I want to see it unleashed, control game tempo but go toe to toe with KC. We’ll lose, but I wanna swing.

but go toe to toe with KC
Still sound worried about the Chiefs. I am not kidding man you worry about the Chiefs and they beat you before the opening kickoff. Focus on keeping guys healthy (Josh Jacobs was looking a little beat up there) and eliminating penaltys. Worry about winning time of possession and causing turnovers. Don't worry about the Chiefs.

He was crying on the field! You can’t expect players to get behind you if you're crying cause you took a sack  :ROFLMAO:  :ROFLMAO:  :ROFLMAO:

He definitely has some talent this year on the offensive side of the ball. Think that showed tonight.

You worry about every opponent, doubly so for in conference. I'm obviously just some couch coach, but I mean they do gameplan for weeks, who they're going to take away, what they want to do, etc. When it comes to KC, Baltimore, NO, I want to go out there and sling it around. If I lose, I lose - at least I'm able to make a decision going forward as to the ridiculous % of cap I'm spending on my QB and O-Line.

He's an enigma. I really can't tell if players like him or not (although I could say that for a lot of QBs). He gets super effing hyped, runs 20 yards and dives for pylon getting in people's faces. Or he sits back and is quiet and looks to be a tad almost whiny.

I think the raiders lost their mojo when Aqib Talib punked Crabtree by ripping the chain off his neck in....'17? Players should have ran down the broncos players, thrown fists, and gotten suspended - instead they left Crab to defend himself with his helmet. After that, they lost that internal belief that they were better than what everyone said and could win any game. Now it's a whole different team centered around youth, and Carr just doesn't have the swag he did back then.

I have watched exactly one play in the first two weeks of the NFL season. Yesterday I turned on the Lions game at the start of the second half. First play I watch is GB going 75 yards for a TD. I turned it off and never looked back lol.

Well, if we are being honest, i wouldn’t watch football either if I were from Michigan. Wolverines and Lions...ouch  :ROFLMAO:  :ROFLMAO:  :ROFLMAO:

The NFL force feeding us garbage by making us watch this trash cause there’s no better option.

I hope they fire Adam Gase in the locker room - let it be an example to the rest of them. Just don't pull the usual "Jets logic" move and replace him with Jason Garrett
