Does anyone use a spreadsheet to manage their collection? I created one with a separate sheet for each set—pretty straightforward—but I’m curious to see what others are using. If anyone has a template to share, I’d love to check it out in case it’s more efficient than mine.

Thanks in advance!

I didn't even think about Keynote. Probably looks better for what you mentioned above, being able to add pictures next to the quantities or actual table.

Here's an example of mine - I mostly wanted to have accurate counts so that if I needed to snap-buy something, I didn't have to run down to the basement to check what I already had.

Definitely! I use something like this to game out starting stacks and breakdowns. Cash, then tournament. "Estimated Need" came from somewhere on here, obviously not set in stone.

Here's how I track what I have. I can sort to show only cash sets/tourney sets/HU-games, or whatever.
It's just one worksheet in a workbook, which has one or more sheets for each set and how distribute optimize starting stacks depending on blind structure and number of players.

What in the Sam Hill world did I just discover?! I mean I knew I’d see some interesting stuff but some of you guys really dive into the nitty gritty details. Impressive. Especially @BearMetal pull down options. Wow!

Well, for anyone who wants it, here it is. I removed most of the set names, left 3 for examples. All other dropdowns I left. I'm sure you all can figure it out. Google's a little weird with how they do grouping; you always need at least 1 row to anchor to. That's what the examples are for :)

You are crazy helpful. Thank you for all that you do! Still using the Poker Mavens home server you helped me setup.

I also have a table for tracking and history. Have to know who you bought from and for how much. I also keep track of value from current sales. Incoming tracking #'s and if you have received them or not. When you have packaged showing up that you forgot you ordered it becomes useful.
